“Finding the apartment took a little while, nice clean apartment. Only bad thing about the 3 day stay was another tenant would leave their dog on their patio all day, and it was outside my balcony in next set of apartments, and the noise was horrible. I stayed gone so I didn’t have to listen to it. Property Management should surely do something about it.”

“Negatives: The check in process was very tedious. Filling out a lengthy agreement, sending my license, a selfie, and deposit. The host was impersonal-no name, just “Your host” Lots of rules about parties and quiet hours (must sign an agreement), taking a picture of the key once it’s in the lock box at checkout, taking the trash out. “Older apartment but very well kept. Very clean and affordable. Communication with host was excellent.”

“There was a few spider webs on the stairwell that could have been wiped off a little better. I did not communicate when making the reservation that I was handicapped so being put on the third floor was a little bit of a bummer but we made it work. And for last minute reservations it was just phenomenal and awesome very quiet other people were so respectful. The pool was clean the Shady place to have food downstairs patio area was nice and clean and just lovely!”
