Villas in Grand Ronde

"We enjoyed staying here as we have two times before. The rooms, the views, and the pool, sauna and hot tub are very nice. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and they have some nice touches like putting out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon around check in time. They used to have a happy hour from the desk and give a complimentary afternoon short wine pour that you could take out to the firepits, but that is no longer offered. We have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the past but this time it disappointed. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. Microwave sausages, crockpot of white sausage gravy with the same sausages, powdered eggs, cubed potatoes and waffles. By day 3 of 4 they put out a bowl of cut melon, that was the only fruit we ever saw. Would have appreciated more fruits or anything with fiber or protein. I resorted to Raisin Bran the 3rd day and we didn’t eat the breakfast on our last day, I couldn’t do it anymore. We will still recommend this location but wish they would bring back some of the special touches that made this a great getaway. "

"Breakfast was sufficient but ran out before everyone had eaten. One of the sinks had a broken faucet and leaked so we shared one sink. Staff was awesome but spread quite thin during breakfast hours. Parking was touch and go. The upper and lower levels were scary to get into and out of. Street level parking went quickly. All and all a good stay. Will book again next year."

"Breakfast was great, breakfast lady was excellent, very efficient, kept up on everything! The main reason for our stay there was for the pool. The pool was out of order on the third day so I asked for a refund for that day but all they refunded was the pet fee."

"Very clean, great location. Room didn't match the booked room. Thought we could go out from room to the beach or general deck. "

"The room was fairly clean. There was trash under the pull out sofa. The bathroom is in-between the little living room and bedroom and isn't big enough even for a sink. The place is very old and the walls seem paper thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations. Also a new building is being built next door and the noise from there is loud and starts early.There was no staff there because we booked Tues-Thurs, which meant the lounge and restaurant were closed. That was disappointing and had I realized that, I wouldn't have booked. Also there is no physical key or card so you use an app on your phone to unlock the door. This sometimes took multiple tries leaving us standing there for a few minutes. I have the newest iPhone and work in software, I would say the app is glitchy at best.We ended up not staying the second night and did not bother to try to cancel because of the time. Not mad, just disappointed. "
