“2nd time staying here and this place is great. The staff is all knowledgeable and kind. Is it a 5 star hotel? Not necessarily but it’s trustworthy, clean, and i’ve never had an issue. Close by to a lot of food places and convenience stores. The room itself is all we need. Free wifi, Heat, and it’s private. If you need a place to stay without hidden fees come here. ”

“Bathroom needs 5 new lights it’s very dim
Water is very finicky too hot takes 5 minutes for the cold to kick in
No heat in the bedroom & tv room ( curtains are definitely too sparse in the tv room the thermostat is set to 30 room temp last night was 17
Horrible experience getting in the Orel the code wouldn’t work finally the the front desk called the owner
Had a hard time entering my credit card for the damage deposit off the text message it didn’t like my ph# finally went to Hotels com it……

“Definitely liked the location, everything was so walkable and Ubers were cheap to places in downtown. Super close to the CN tower, Scotiabank & Rogers Centre. The rooms were clean, I’d say some of the apartment appliances were a bit outdated. I was a bit sussed out as I had to send my security deposit the day of our reservation via Zelle rather than it being out of my card that was already given on file through their pre-check in website. I’m still waiting to receive my deposit back from after……
