“This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. “All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and each time I came they had lots of delicious things, not just the typical American Breakfast. The waiters knew me and brought my cappuccino with a smile. The front desk is super helpful and kind. Very clean facilities. The wellness center is really affordable and has good services. I had a great experience.”

“We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered - 20 inches by 20 inches (.5 meter x .5 meter). The lukewarm water dribbled out - barely, meaning that it was very difficult to rinse the soap off. “Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”

Attention l'hôtel privatise la piscine et ses alentours pour des événements comme mariages etc donc accès très limités si vous voulez profiter des installations promises.”
