“Our stay started with a warm greeting and introduction from the owner and it kept getting better. Beautiful view of Mt Etna, amazing rooms that were top notch, and a breakfast that pleased everyone. I honestly would give this place 6 out of 5 stars. We had 5 people staying in my family, and everyone agreed that this was the nicest place we’ve stayed with all around quality. Highly recommend it!”

“We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered - 20 inches by 20 inches (.5 meter x .5 meter). The lukewarm water dribbled out - barely, meaning that it was very difficult to rinse the soap off. “This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. “Très belle bâtisse avec un charme désuet. Dommage que notre chambre (mobilier, salle de bain etc) ai été aussi figée dans le temps avec mobilier ancien et disparate. Déjeuner sans plus et triste. Attention l'hôtel privatise la piscine et ses alentours pour des événements comme mariages etc donc accès très limités si vous voulez profiter des installations promises.”

“Hotel calme mais séjour hors saison. Petit déjeuner et diner excellents. Personnel attentif mais communicant peu en anglais. Vue superbe sur l'Etna, mais alentours en dehors de l'hôtel, sales. ”

“All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and each time I came they had lots of delicious things, not just the typical American Breakfast. The waiters knew me and brought my cappuccino with a smile. The front desk is super helpful and kind. Very clean facilities. The wellness center is really affordable and has good services. “Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool und tollem Ausblick. Neben an wird gebaut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Frühstück war gut, aber anstatt 10 verschiedener Kuchen hätte ich mich bei dem Niveau über mehr Brotauswahl gefreut. Es gab 2 verschiedene Sorten „Toastbrot“. Bin aber mehr als satt geworden. Die Lage ist im nirgendwo, aber mit dem Leihwagen ist man recht zugig bei den Highlights. Wer etwas Luxus und Ruhe haben will ist hier bestens……

“Cosa si può scrivere di questa struttura, se non magnificare l'eccellenza? Veramente difficile trovare il classico "pelo nell'uovo". Abbiamo usato la SPA (ad uso esclusivo), abbiamo cenato al ristorante (decisamente tra i top dell'intera Sicilia), abbiamo goduto di una sistemazione confortevole e rilassante. Questa è una delle "experience" da provare almeno una volta nella vita.”
