“The room was clean. However the drain in the bath tub was broken the state of repair was subpar for a newer establishment. The staff was excellent friendly and responsive.”

“It's in walking distance if the airport terminal.”

“Room was dated. Cushion by window was ripped. Blow dryer would only work if you kept the on button pushed in and eventually it started to come off the wall and was hanging by 1 anchor bolt. I deemed it unsafe to use after that. Was not fixed during my 4 day stay. Main electrical outlets did not work and that explained why the clock on the nightstand was unplugged. The previous guest or housekeeping needed it. Breakfast was fine and apparently the lobby just had a remodeled and the rooms……

“A scant selection of only highly processed carbohydrate, mostly packaged, items were available for breakfast. No tea, herbal or otherwise was available. No protein was available. Only "diet, low sugar" yogurt was available. Sugared cereals only. Tables weren't regularly cleaned after they were used. Highway trucks were easily heard from in the room, which was expected since the hotel is conveniently near the highway. The air conditioner went off and on all night which was also somewhat expected,……

“I was on the third floor of this building and it reeked of mold and mildew. I will attach pictures of the room. Everything that was a metal surface had rust on it. I arrived too late to get a new hotel and because I booked on Expedia was not able to cancel. I actually feel there was so much moisture damage that the hotel is unsafe and would cause issues for anyone allergic. This is a place I would never stay in again, and I cannot believe that Comfort Inn would put their name on the property. I……

“Buen servicio”

“Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards”

“Place was awesome- everything looked updated. Only thing we were missing were tissues, but it was amazing compared to others I’ve stayed at!”

“Wonderful place”

“The room had a chemical smell and the paint was peeling from the wall.”

“Everything was really nice. Location, clean, quiet, easy access. The ice maker was down for day. King size bed was great, probably needs to be flipped or turned. Had a small divet, caused a little cramp in my back. But as long as I could stay out of the divet, it was great.”

“Poor communication. No Air conditioning in the room. Maintenance won't answer calls after knowing the air was not blowing. There is no desk person to talk to. Shawn, Kellie, and Samantha would just lie to you to get you go away. Promised refunds every few days only to find out they were just blowing smoke. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience”
