“The staff was incredibly helpful and fast to respond. My only concern was the bedding and pillow cases were stained. Also, the kitchen barely has enough tools for cooking. Almost everything was old and need some ungraded. They sat up an incredible dinner table for my daughter’s white coat ceremony which we really enjoyed. I will still highly recommend it but please do some upgrades so we can come back for our next visit.”

“Clean kitchenette style room. Restaurant located around property, however, only open peak lunch hours. Steep hill to property. Good location right between downtown and the shopping mall centre. Pool onsite. Friendly staff.”

“Well to just say that everything was good the room the kitchen the bathroom it was okay. The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t any shower rags in the bathroom, there's on just mat in the room and underneath the bed and chair had a lot of dust also on top of the chair had dust as well..overall everything else was good ….”

“Beautiful villa. Have your own balcony. Very quiet. Staff phenomenal- Kelli was excellent. View was extraordinary. Love how quiet the pool was. Need a taxi to go places but you need that with many places so no big deal. Would love to stay there again but they are sold out a lot for good reason.”

“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”
