Bathroom didn't flush, the shower barely worked, my room was not clean when I got there - they were supposed to clean it before I returned at night but didn't. I had to park on the street. I don't think they even changed the sheets of the bed, it was a bad experience.

STAY HERE ITS AWESOME!
First THE PLACE IS AWESOME! And as an American I get lost easily...but the owner gave me his personal number and I can contact him wherever I am I Guatemala AND THE GUY WILL ACTUALLY HELP ME!! Try to find THAT sort of service in USA! Rooms are CLEAN and comfortable. Not too far from things and Uber is here! Breakfasts are GREAT plus they make food for you like sandwiches at your request for a small decent fee. I’ll CERTAINLY stay here again when I return . This is a REALLY nice place to stay and the prices are GREAT!

Seemed deserted. Property looks run down. However, I did have a nice room with shared bath and the bed was new and excellent. No staff. Only one young man who appeared from time to time.
