I booked this hotel a month in advance for my birthday getaway, only to be told the same day as check-in that I was being moved to a completely different property that wasn’t even the hotel. A partial refund doesn’t make up for not receiving the accommodation I booked.”

“My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all.”

“If you just need a place to crash, it’s not a bad deal. But the night we came, there was a DJ outside a bar playing obnoxiously loud music until about 1AM. Instructions led us to the main bldg which was just a common”
