"Set in a beautiful location amongst the trees just outside the town, but easily walkable to the pretty town centre. The hospitality was fantastic. Sean is so knowledgeable and helped us with lots of information about the wider area. He is also a super host and made us instantly comfortable. Breakfast was superb - we have stayed in quite a few B&Bs in north Wales now, and this is definitely the best breakfast we've experienced on our trip. "Very helpful staff for the august bank holiday . The window needs fixing but the fan was a great help in the room. After ten pm the pub noise is tolerable . The pub is right in the middle of town and convenient for the rugby , pizza, curry house . Free parking to the rear and your bike can go in the room . The rooms are big enough ."
