Clean room! But AC not working that we were really cold over night. Set the heater over 80f but no warm air came out so we had to turn it off to keep warm.

The customer service was very good. Our room wasn't quiet the first night but they managed to move is to a better room with no issues. They even texted to follow up ensuring we were pleased. Desk staff were awesome. Room was bright and cheery. Great showers and good beds. Location was perfect.
