"Room smelled and looked clean. Heat/AC had green light on but did not actually turn on. Window was cracked open so once I got it to finally close (was really difficult to move) the room temperature was ok with the PTAC on for the rest of the night since outside temps were decent. Did not use any other amenities . Front desk person was very friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Lots of hallway noise from other guests."

"Great place to stay if you are planning to go to 81 speedway in Park City Kansas. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Room was clean. Stayed two nighs. Breakfast was awesome. Great motel for the price. We will definitely stay again."
