“Super clean, well-kept and family-friendly. The staff is very kind and helpful, particularly Johnna who works the continental breakfasts twice a week. The pool wasn't overly large, but it was clean and warm, and we had it to ourselves all three times we swam. Location is great - near gas stations and dozens of restaurants. 10 min from the zoo, too! Pay a small upcharge for a room with a water view of the Pracht Wetland directly behind the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“The employees were wonderful - very nice but remained professional. The hotel was clean, as was my room. The bed was super comfy. The microwave table didn't turn and the staff made a note to get it replaced. I used the one in the breakfast bar to microwave my frozen dinner I'd brought with me so not a big deal. I do suggest to replace sheets that are torn and don't stay secure to the mattress corners. If not for those things I'd give 5 stars. I would stay there again.”

“The pool was not maintained, there was paint flaking off the floor, and they didn’t have clean towels washed and prepped for the users. It was not clean in the pool room. Breakfast was low in stock or out of food and drinks.”
