Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Breakfast was very basic
Location: Great spot for shopping and restaurants
Suited us fine for one evening. We were on our way to visit family. This hotel was very convienent for us. Hotel staff was great. We left a personal item in our room and they bagged it up and we picked it up on our way back to the airport.

Early Wakeup, YES, (by others).Posted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: The staff were friendly, and helpful.
Cons: Early morning flyers should be lodged on the ground floor.
Our room was on the ground floor of this two story building, near Hamilton's International Airport. Reserved a room for two nights Friday and Saturday, due to its location being close to a welding we were attending. Room smelled of cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in, but that's another item. At 3:30 a.m. we were woken by the people above, and around us getting ready for early morning flights. Slamming of doors, running showers, flushing of toilets, we heard it all. One group was talking from their room to someone in the parking lot. Sunday early a.m. was the same sequence of noise, except for the parking lot conversation. When I mentioned it to the desk in the morning, I was told "That's a normal occurrence on Saturday and Sunday mornings". So unless you are one of these people flying early in the a.m. be warned you'll be woken up.

Hotel very close to the airport.Posted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: Fast friendly service.
Arrived about 1:30 in the morning, pouring rain. The wonderful girl working at the front desk came running out in the rain to help my mother and I get our bags inside. We were really tired and she had our room ready for us right away. Thank You.

Convenient location for usPosted Sep 10, 2015
Pros: Cost effective; ground floor access to room. Breakfast was adequate - Continental style, but had fruit and yogurt too.
Cons: Unfortunately the area around the fridge in the lunch room was disgustingly dirty; the lunch room needs a really good cleaning.
Location: Convenient to where we were going in Hamilton. Very near Canadian War Plane museum and airport
Rachael who works the front desk is fantastic; very welcoming and always helpful. She kept coffee on all day and really looked after the lunch room. Her pleasantness was a treat. Hope Super 8 appreciates her!!

ConvenientPosted Sep 2, 2015
Recently my daughter and I went to Ontario to visit family. Our flight from Calgary landed at 12:30 am so we booked this hotel as it is very conveniently located by the airport. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable. We stayed here our first night and then carried on to London Ontario the next morning, well rested and ready for our holiday. Thank you for having such a great location for us.

An okay hotel but needs some major room updates not just draperies

Clean and quietPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: ease of access
Cons: furniture could use an upgrade.
Location: We were there for a golf tournament for the OVIG which was course was 5 minutes away then 5minutes the other was restaurants and shopping.
I was traveling with a visually impaired individual and found the rooms lay out to be accommodating. The hotel had two sets of stairs in the main lobby which made it easy to get around. it was close to the airport but noise was not an issue. the restaurant and bar next door made it easy to get meals without having to travel a great distance.
