“Staff is friendly and willing to offer recommendations of nearby places to visit. Establishment was clean and well maintained. They have a beautiful display of live plants throughout the lobby providing a lovely welcoming feeling. I appreciated their large display of menus of nearby restaurants. If I visit Gettysburg again I will be using this location again.”

“I already recommended this to other friends who were very happy to hear of this gem of a place to stay. From Paul at the desk to the cleanliness of the room and the room was huge. Wonderful breakfast not a complaint in the world.”

“The door handle broke, trapping me in my room. I was unable to get out. When I discussed this with the manager the next day, I was told that I would get a partial refund. I thought this was fair and satisfactory. Yet when I followed up regarding the status of the refund, I was told that I had to handle this with Expedia. So there maintenance problem, which put me at risk, is not my responsibility? That is a failure to take responsibility for customer service. (And there was no shampoo, so……
