"We were very happy with our stay. Loved being directly across from the beach and absolutely loved the view from our balcony on the 3rd floor. The owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The owner surprised us with fresh scones for breakfast one morning and her son carried our bags up to our room on arrival. The room was a little tight for our family of four and the beds were a little too firm but otherwise it was perfect. We plan to visit again soon. "

"Parked out front, gave a $10 deposit for parking and when we checked out we got it back. Easy, safe, and affordable! "

"The floor in the bathroom has a rise in room 312 that the door scrapes over. Paint peeling in bathroon ceiling. It was clean with a zip around mattress protector. The window air conditioner is loud shutting off and on all night. The bed was kind of hard and pillows weren't great. It served it's purpose and was reasonably priced. I wouldn't pay more for it. 10 min easy drive to Hampton beach. Lots of good places to eat on the same strip. "

"The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small as was the bathroom, need more lighting in both. The cleanliness was excellent, the location was two easy block walks to the beach. Price was good, it fit our needs and we had a nice get away. Only complaint, road noise is really bad at times. "
