“(Family of 4)It is my second stay on Christmas vacation. The reason I booked S&S is simple, location (beach across the street) and price. Building itself is not new, however is well maintained, I am not picky, this basic that hotel provides, fits my needs. I am not coming to Florida to stay all day in hotel. Highly recommended for people that value location and $$$. ”

“Juan met us upon arrival to his property. He allowed us to check in early. Very friendly and considerate of our needs. The rental was smaller than we expected. There was a refrigerator and a small microwave, no stove, but it worked for our 1 night stay. The bedd were comfortable and the unit was very clean.”
