“This was our second stay at Terry's wonderful cottage. We can't recommend this place enough. The cottage's setting is nestled in the trees overlooking the blue waters off of the Hana coast. Privacy and serenity are what this place is all about. It's the perfect home base for exploring this side of the Island without the rush. “We highly recommend at least one night in Hana so that you can take in more of the sights along the Hana Highway and visit Haleakala National Park via the Kipahulu entrance. “The unit was well stocked and all was great. Only issue was poor ventilation in the loft made for a warm night. Second issue which the owners cannot control was the lawn machines going all morning making enjoying the balcony and view impossible. so that we had to sit inside while having breakfast. Perhaps doing that work could wait until 10:30 when people are checking out? Anyway it’s a very nice spot. ”

“Loved this home. We stayed only one night but want to return to stay longer to enjoy some of the cool features of the home, like the wood counter tops, large couch facing the ocean, sizeable kitchen and dining area. The upper balcony was the most enjoyed by our group of 6\. Sleeping accommodations were perfect. Proximity to the beach, less than 3 minute walk, was also a bonus. Highly recommend this gem in Hana”

"Me pareció de muy buen gusto encontrar al dueño de la propiedad recibiendo clientes y entregando sus habitaciones. El lugar está muy bueno ya que cuenta con playa y con alberca. La habitación pequeña, pero muy funcional y con una cama muy cómoda. Lo que sí falla es el servicio de limpieza que no entra diario a la habitación a hacer su trabajo. No limpian los botes de basura, no cambian las toallas, no hacen las camas. Entonces esto lo convierte en un apartamento o un Airbnb. Espero que no se les haga costumbre que en los hoteles esperemos otros servicios. Fuera de eso….. todo impecable. "
