“In a quite neighborhood 10 minutes to Folly Beach and 20 minutes to Charleston at reasonable price. Clean, two bedrooms, 3beds, great air-conditioning, grill area and screened in patio. I would stay again. Nate took good care of me”

This place looks even better in person! Great spot between downtown and Folly Beach. Having beach chairs on the property for us to use was very nice. “The Sleepy Shack was perfect for me as a solo traveler. I especially liked how quiet it was and the bed was super comfy! I also enjoyed having a private outdoor patio area. The host was welcoming, available for any questions or concerns, and very responsive. The kitchen is well stocked, it’s in a great location close to a number of restaurants, gas station, drugstore, coffee shop, etc. AND it has good cold AC! “This place was just what two older folks were looking for. We did not want to stay in the city and pay those high prices. A place we could have our morning coffee, a little bit of breakfast, and come back too for a good night's sleep. Everything worked as advertised and Gus is a great communicator ”
