This cozy apartment is on 33rd floor of S1 Building, balcony of South-East direction which is the most quiet direction of the building and has view to the swimming pool .
Living room has nice leather sofa, table tea, Tivi cabinet, 50 inches smart Tivi. A standing fan is provided, too.
