Hanover Castle Hotels

Lovely property centrally located near all that I needed.

The area of the hotel is very beautiful and convenient to the airport and makl. The customer service at hotel was wonderful. The entire ambiance of the hotel is stunning from the lobby to the room. No complaints at all.

Great staff! Appreciated the shuttle service. I'll revisit.

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

Love the property it was a beautiful beautiful hotel and experience definitely recommend!!

Great price for the amenities and modern rooms with kitchenette. No stove but burner upon request. We used the outdoor barbecue. On site free laundry and gym. Free shuttle to the train station and airport. We took the train into Washington DC and had a great time. The room was clean and updated with a city flats feel. We loved it here and plan to return.

Overnight trip with son. Appt next day at Johns Hopkins. Twenty-minutes away. Firm bed soft pillows. Room clean. AC was a little noisy but better than none at all. Staff was excellent, kind, and respectful. Pool and gym were small but great for overnight. I loked the selection for breakfast. My 16 year old said did not like it. I told him to go hungry. I liked it. Very close to Arundel Mills Mall and Bass Pro shop. Had dinner and show at Medevil Times which was a nice change, food,...

Excellent hotel. Very professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. We checked in late and required a handicap room. Jason made sure the room was exactly what we needed as well as perfectly clean and tidy! My mom also lost her phone in the lobby during our stay and it was fortunately turned in to the front desk. The person working the desk thought to turn it on, then picked up our call right away which allowed a very prompt return of the phone...

Everything was amazing!!!

It was a really good experience it was very clean

The staff was helpful.

I loved that the place was clean and there was so much around for an affordable price! The room was nice and spacious, very relaxing. The staff were a little awkward and cold (at least with the ones Ive interacted with), but it wasnt bad

Stay was great only 20 minute from ravens stadium

Great time at the hotel, enjoyed my stay for sure. The staff is friendly and always helped out no matter what time of night it was. The shuttle of the hotel was very convenient. Definitely would stay again when back in town.

The woman who checked us in was so pleasant

Very friendly staff, front desk clerk La Lai and manager (Ryan I think) were very helpful and responsive to my requests.

Very nice and clean hotel. Definitely could use some updates with flooring and paint. Only 1 mirror in the whole 2 bedroom Suite.

Everyone here is extremely friendly and understanding. Who doesn't want a waffle for breakfast? I meet so many people here from all over the world. It's a place to sleep, bathe, and just unwind versus sleeping in my car on a 31 degree night with snow in the forecast. Put me at ease big time.

Safe and clean.

Modern bldg. Good decoration, exelent people working very professional, nice views. Really enjoyed my time and accomplish my job.
