“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. ...

“We were visiting our family in Dorchester. We felt safe in Quincy. Todd's rental is comfortable and the amenities provided are very helpful. Off street parking and exterior lighting is great! Hope to visit and stay again soon.”

“The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. ”

“El lugar no es un hotel, no tiene recepción, está muy mal cuidado, no te limpian ni hacen las camas diario y está en una calle súper ruidosa de día y de noche, no se puede dormir, un día cambiaron durante la noche todo el asfalto y los dueños sabían que iba a suceder y solo contestaron que fuéramos por tapones y que así estaba anunciado en expedia. Los otros dos días salieron de todos los bares contiguos mucha gente borracha hasta las 3 am y era personas gritando y con música a todo volumen por...

“Definitely mold, one guest who had a mold allergy couldn’t breathe properly there. Old contact lenses and nose ring were left from previous guests. You block other tenants in the off street parking so if someone needs to get out, you have to get back from the city to move your car. Heat definitely did not work. Only positive was the location, ”
