"Great location, easy to get to from the (free) shuttle to South Station. Easy check in, friendly staff. Reasonable restaurant attached in case you’re too tired to go out, and coffee places everywhere. Will stay there again"

"Disappointed. On the plus side, the room was spacious, and the bed comfy. On the less plus side..although technically the hotel is connected to the airport, the walk is long and getting there requires both the long walk and 2 elevators in different places. The fact that the Hilton has a shuttle should’ve given me a clue. Also, the property is just tired. The rugs should be retired..all the rugs, and much of the furniture in the public spaces. The staff is fine, and kind ( important when you’re getting off a long flight). But honestly, for the price, and the name, I expected more."

"The hotel is in a perfect location, as it is in front of a T stop. It was clean, my check in was until later but they held my luggage while I explored the city. The room was good for the stay! "
