"What a gorgeous property. The most picturesque location. Fantastic staff. Incredibly dog friendly and so welcoming to our pup, Ivy. Delicious breakfast with amazing homemade granola, local coffee and hot selections too. 100% recommend in every way!!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room (especially view and fireplace!) was clean and comfy. We will definitely be back. Only downside was not being able to watch Netflix on the room TV but the staff said they are working on upgrading that part so guests will soon be able to stream apps no problem on the TV. Wifi was great though so we could still watch on our tablet. Great stay!"

"This is our second time staying over Christmas. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was tasty. It's a very nice hotel in a good location. I've only ever stayed in the winter but i can tell it would be great in the warmer months due to location for shopping and dining. The only difficulty is the parking but that's more to do with the town than the hotel, just showing to be aware of. Staff is very helpful and will give you tips on where to park. "

"Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm. No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves."
