Room was definitley on the shabby side. Toilet was stained, spigot in the bathub almost coming off the wall, toilet paper holder coming off. Sheets were clean though and staff very nice. Busy Sunday morning breakfast and not everything was replenished.

Breakfast was the same as at other Best Western Plus hotels but they here the OJ was soured, sausage like jerky and the eggs tasted strange so I didn’t eat them. There was a “tip”bowl in the middle of the food, tacky and made worse by the poor quality of the food. I had just stayed two night at a Best Western Plus in MA and it was great. Not this one.

Shower was peeling and dirty. Caulking was coming off the wall in bathroom. Hallways smelled of smoke. Changed rooms after paying for king bedroom, but it wasn’t much better. Rug in hallways was bunched up and dirty. Bad experience overall. Would not recommend.

The property upon first impressions was simple. It did not appear dirty from the outside however upon our stay of 5 days 4 nights we noticed an abundant amount of issues. The toilet handle would unlatch causing my husband to lift the back of the toilet seat up and manually flush the toilet. Breakfast which was arguably the worst ive ever seen was infested with ants and the food looked to ve reheated continuously and not made fresh as anticipated. it was also to our expectation our room would be cleaned and refreshed daily however no one was even seen to ask after we realized cleaning daily wasn’t the case. The room itself did not smell clean and the air conditioning vents were filled with dust and debris. If we had the budget to book another hotel we absolutely would have!!!!

Convenient to I-81. A little round-about to get there, but clean, spacious, and bed was comfortable. Easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and sites by car. A little dated, shower could use some "rubber ducks", it was a little slippy. Breakfast was decent. The staff we talked to were polite and cheerful.

We checked in and the lobby appeared like the pictures. Headed to the elevator felt warmer, got in the elevator was hotter than hallway, got out on the 3rd floor no ac and very stagnant air, opened our room door to no ac on at all. On a day with a 103 heat index it is not a way to greet your guests. We went to dinner after we turned on the air hoping to give it time to cool down after a call to the main desk. It hardly cooled down! Besides the room wasn’t like pictured and you can tell little refurbishment had been done. Stained carpets and gross smell. We checked out but the hotel didn’t check us out but I have on my life 360 location that we did not stay here. I’m fighting for a refund right now. I would not recommend!

Room so hot , ac suck so bad, the wall to thin no insulation, there free breakfast was rotten. There no cleaning services. Phone don’t work, and the hall way super hot ac not on. The tub is dirty so many, I don’t recommend for anyone place so expensive and nothing good out of it..

After a long drive, I was ready to unwind with a hot bath. Upon arriving into our room, we discovered that the bathtub was filled with chips of paint. We tried to clean them out ourselves but there were too many and as we cleaned, more chips would break off. I called the front desk and was told, "When our guests are too hard on the bath, this is what happens." I requested and was granted a new room but was uncertain until we arrived if this tub would be clean (it was). If you want to be guaranteed a bath tub without chips of paint in it, this isn't the place for you. Very strange.

I thought all BW Plus properties were a cut above their counterparts, until this visit. Entire property was dirty and in need of repair. Breakfast was horrible. Service deplorable. Even the coffee was bad.
