The lady sitting there supposed to help for people to check-in is keep playing games on her phone. She doesnt care if there is a customer. Also no smile no nice talking. Talking rude.

This place was a nightmare, the room was so filthy, blankets was dirty with stains and holes, the chairs was broken scribble all over. bathroom was unsanitary.

Good service, but will not be returning
The woman at the desk was very kind and friendly and upgraded our room at no charge! The room door was very hard to open and close, the latch was messed up somehow. There were spots on the blankets on the beds, and when we arrived home after the concert we were attending, there were bloody towels all over the floor at an adjacent room. I was horrified and will not be coming back to this Red Roof.

The property seemed worn out. The staff was nice, but the motel was generally dirty and in poor repair. It quieted down at night and the room was OK, but the overall feel was seedy. It's not in a bad location. A good cleaning, painting, fixing and then regular maintenance would make all the difference.
