“This was the best VRBO stay we have ever had. The location is close to downtown Louisville and just steps to Fourth Street Live.The apartment is very unique in its furniture and amenities. Large bathroom, washer and dryer just as cozy as can be. The record player and hundreds of albums was a real treat. Side of the refrigerator has numerous notes from previous gustes all giving this stay a 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay here again and tell anyone we know traveling to Louisville to……

“The property was 3 story, 3 bedroom (1king, 1 queen, 2 double), 2 1/2 bath. The property was extremely nice with efficient parking. As stated in the description of the property it is a bit noisy from the on street traffic and local bars. It pretty much doesn't go completely quiet until about 2:30 a.m. (Friday and Saturday was our stay). But there were earplugs provided if need and a small noise machine. I had to get ahold of the property owner to double check on the parking situation and she……

“Casa Omara was amazing, and Kyle and Kenzie were a dream to work with. The place was immaculate. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever have needed. The appliances were new and in perfect working order. Having a washer and dryer was great as we played golf in the rain and came home soaking wet. Kyle and Kenzie had fresh local coffee and creamers for us to use. The bathrooms were well appointed with lots of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, lots……

“Pros: good communication from host, clean, spacious, unique old building, walkable and easy to get to places, two coded doors into building Cons: bare minimum linens-only 1 towel/ washcloth per person for our 4 night stay, lumpy pillows, very squeaky floors in bedroom, low water pressure in one bathroom, upstairs runs much warmer than downstairs area, loft area could use a movable room divider of some sort for some privacy”

“We stayed in this condo for the Derby weekend. Our prices reflect derby demand…this was worth every penny! Excellent location to the urban bourbon trail, restaurants, and downtown sights! Located on the first floor, it offered super easy access for our party of 6. Everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was quiet…no street noise. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early so we didn’t have to juggle all our hats and derby attire for hours after……
