"This was a great stay for us. Wuiet and very welcoming. We were tourists and needed to do laundry, and they had one on site. (Another 1 or 2 wash/dryer would have been great. Also, paying for parking is irritating. But nice pool and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good!"

"All of the staff were helpful and courteous. At the front desk, Annick Perrillat-Boiteux was extremely friendly and helpful, checking us in early, directing us to local groceries, gas stations, tourist sites, and helping us with anything we needed. Additionally, the Hyatt location was very close to the Brandeis campus, where we were dropping off our daughter for her first college year. They serve a decent breakfast at the Hyatt, but it gets very busy later in the morning. Best to get there early."
