“No tea and coffee in the room pushed you to go and pay for breakfast and the breakfast was not very good. Had to put my bread through the toaster 8 times before it resembled toast and the bacon looked like it had been cooked over a heated argument.”

“The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. ”

“Good amenities and grounds. Hotel is really showing its age, especially the rooms. Mine was very dark with a tiny bathroom. Lots of little imperfections and stains on the carpet. Definitely not worth the money I paid, £115 + for the night, solo traveller.”

“This is a really interesting hotel with unique rooms, ours was a suite with a Peloton bike in the room. Unfortunately there were a few snagging issues, with lights, shower, bath and a safety item missing from the bike. All these issues were quickly rectified when maintenance where back on site. The other thing we found frustrating was the lack of gym. There is a gym in the building, but hotel guests aren't allowed to use it. However even given all this the hotel staff, rooms and ambiance where……

“We stayed here for a night for a wedding reception. The shower wasn’t functioning properly and we could not close it completely. However, the worst part was it was full of mould. There was mould around the bath tub as well. The beds were ok. I would not stay here again.”
