"This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...

"This place is like a home away from home. Very close to all the sights. Quiet and peacful. Host is very responsive and ready to help as needed. Great place to stay!!"

"Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values."

"This listing is a very nice, fairly spacious, model home type four bedroom, two bath condo that is clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to dozens of top tier restaurants and stores! Definitely would recommend this to small groups that want to have a walkable staycation/vacation along the beach!"

"The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place"

"So clean inside! The living room was comfortable. We parked at Joes parking lot and was 40 for overnight. The outside downtown area is usually busy but the inside of the building felt safe. Was able to access the rooftop easily. Had an overall nice stay."
