“It was a clean room. Very sufficient for one night while traveling through. ”

“The room was nice and clean. Good breakfast with lots of variety. After 5pm the breakfast area turns into a lounge with reasonable priced refreshments. Nice pool and hot tub. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Karen the manager was great to deal with!”

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”

“Out of coffee. No clean towels. Trash cans over flowing. Air vents need cleaning. Breakfast items not kept appropriately warm. Juice watery. Staff was trying their best but not enough staff to keep up with the capacity of the hotel. ”

“Filthy! The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Stains all over the walls, furniture, toilets and sofa. When we opened the sofa bed, there was multiple tooth flossers, a comb and Candy wrappers and crumbs. The toilets had not been cleaned. We checked out after the first night. The hotel was unable help us because we booked through Expedia. Save your money and go elsewhere. The last straw was when a giant black thick spider crawled onto my son Pajamas. Never going back.”

“This is an older hotel that seems to have been updated nicely. My room was on the first floor and was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was updated and fresh. Breakfast was 6-10am and they had a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The coffee was fantastic. Craig, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient. We were only there for a quick overnight trip (UMary pick-up). This hotel looks just like the photos! It felt fresh and it was clean and……

“Room was clean but a bit outdated and the wallpaper was peeling off in one corner. The bed was very comfortable. The only disadvantage was the website claimed there was pack n plays and cots available for guests, so we booked one king bed and was planning on putting our baby in a pack n play. Come to find out they don’t offer cots or pack n plays, with the hotel being full and no other room options we had to go buy a pack n play for $60. If they don’t offer those amenities, they should take it……
