“My only complaint is my a.c. didn't work and it was in the mid 80's in both of my rooms. They did try to move me to a different room after I called the front desk. She even brought the key up to my room on the 3rd floor. Stuff happens. When I told them at check out they were very prompt in rectifying the situation. They are in the middle of updating everything and it looks fantastic. Beds were new. I'd still give them a 9/10. Every single staff person I dealt with was pleasant.”

“This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.”

The staff are always helpful and accommodating. The property itself needs some serious updating. The chairs in the kitchen area are peeling and coming apart. The toilet seat was loose and unsteady, curtains not working in the bedroom so unable to open them during the day. Overall our stay was good. This property just needs……
