"Great family hotel, easy to walk to the pier. Only downside to our trip was one of the days card keys for the room were not functioning and the beds feel more like full size than queen. Would definitely come back if bringing kids with us. "

"The location is great but July room was a bit run down. Smelled like cigarettes and bathroom was disappointing. The fan switch did not work and the shower was hard to regulate the temperature. "

"This is the worst place to stay, the area is horrible (many homeless & drug addicts). The cleaning lady didn’t clean my room one day but when I look on the bed there’s like gravel, sheets weren’t changed just not clean. Would not recommend "

"The hotel is a descent stay. I disliked the fact that there was no option take the stairs to the parking basement, we had to wait for the elevator. Also as I was waiting for the elevator on of the staff members was rude to a customer. When the customer asked about the parking she was like, did you park last night with us, then you have to pay for parking, there is no such thing as free parking in San Francisco. I think that was unnecessary to say as she could have just explained the policy without the need to be smart and arrogant about it. "
