"Very clean and well kept and a very cool Hotel , apparently was the first indoor mall in North America from back in 1890’s and was renovated into a Hotel not long ago . And walking distance to the Browns Stadium , Rock and Roll Hall of fame and restaurants and bars . The next time I visit Cleveland will be staying there ."

"We had a great stay. Hotel was clean and check in was quick and easy. We arrived early and they had us in our room by 12:30 and freed up our day. Central location and we walked everywhere that we wanted to go. I highly recommend if you are going to a show, baseball game, basketball game, RR Hall of Fame, or football game. All of those things are 15 minutes or less on foot. "

"We got to the hotel early and checked to see if we could check in early. They said they had a room and allowed us to check in. We went to our room and opened the refrigerator to put our items inside, there was still someone else’s food in the refrigerator. The cleaning lady was in the hall and we went out to ask for a garbage bag so we could clean it. She came in and emptied the refrigerator. We had no bath towels so we called down and asked for towels. They brought us up 5 bath mats as towels. We had to use those as I was in the shower waiting on the towels. I could tell the bedspread was not changed because it still smelled like women’s cologne. The toilet paper holder fell off and we could not get it fixed. We went to this hotel for our 20 th wedding anniversary and we were not pleased. "
