The staff was nice. We arrived late and the a/c was off and it was hot in the room and it took it until the next day to cool off. Also, the a/c really never worked that well after that. The towels we had for the first two days was so thin and I would have put them in my rag pile at home. The continental breakfast was a joke. My husband gets up early 6:30 to 7:30 am and the small about of snack cakes were already gone and the coffee was terrible. There was not a staffer replenishing it and when ask they said people were greedy. I guess you get what you pay for.

Have stayed here a few times. Always clean, responsive staff, great location, spacious.

We love Royal Park. Their renovation is complete and beautiful!

Good day. Had some trouble parking an oversized vehicle.

The hotel was quiet. What we didn’t like was the pool wasn’t open so we couldn’t swim. There was no juice for breakfast. The only thing to drink besides coffee was some terrible tasting water.
