“The location was perfect for our stay in Wilmington, a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown and its numerous restaurants. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her. We had no water for a few hours. Another very negative point is that South Front……

“This place was amazing. It really was. If you are here during the weekend just know it will be louder than usual because of how lively downtown wilmington is. Close to everything! “The entry process failed miserably, the lock box was broken, we couldn’t retrieve the key, luckily another tenant stopped by and gave us his lock box code. The place was clean, pet friendly, close to multiple restaurants and bars, unfortunately a bar directly behind the condo blasted music until 2am on Friday night, forget sleeping. Lastly the outdoor patio is completely overgrown and the furniture looked moldy and unusable, big disappointment. ”
