“I work hard and needed the perfect relaxing place. We booked a night while we were passing through town and it was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a Vermont establishment. The beer was great, the meatballs were literally amazing. At first I felt the price of the pizza was a bit high but after eating it I had zero regrets, worth it. Our room was above the bar and provided ear buds. We wouldn’t need them on this night because we may have been the only guests.……

“Very pleased with our stay at this property. The room was clean & very comfortable. The shower was fantastic it had great pressure. I really liked the Guild & Pepper warm oak bath products. I will be purchasing some for use at home.”

“Vijay and Emma are newer owners of this hidden gem. The entire property has been upgraded. Immaculate, fresh bed linens and towels, washcloths etc. Also, my room had a refrigerator which I did not anticipate. That was definitely a plus!”

“There is no staff at the facility but someone is available by text The common areas were great. I can see how this would be a good communal area to meet others in the busy months or go with a big group of friends. I loved the work from home room. The outdoor areas were really nice too. Unfortunately the entry keypad into my room was very finicky. It would take me multiple tries each time entering my room to hit the numbers just right. My toilet seat in the bathroom was also completely broken……

“The hotel is very clean and bed is so comfortable. Besides the location is very convenient to the supermarket, bank and some fast-food restaurants! I enjoy very much of this trip!!!”

“This truly a gem! One of two remaining historic hotels in Detroit, everything about this hotel was something special. The room was spacious and creatively decorated with a large selection of LP's in the hallway. This also included a record player. The queen size beds were extremely comfortable. The fact that this hotel was walking distance from a diverse restaurant and entertainment options. This was especially true for me, the Vegan. Mykayla was extremely friendly and resourceful. “因为是带着孩子参加面试，所以找的是相对距离学校比较近的酒店。很小的酒店，没有电梯，房间也比较小，但是停温馨的。第二天一早遇上下了一夜的雪，边上一个老伯很热心地帮忙打扫车上的雪，特别温暖。附近不远就是一个购物广场，有沃尔玛，还有很多吃饭的地方。酒店后面也有，所以非常方便。”

“The room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet night's sleep as I believe I was the only one there. Breakfast was very plain and simple: English muffins and cinnamon toast, with no fruit or juice. Coffee was plentiful”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely……
