Great place to stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms! Will definitely be back.

The room was very nice and the staff was very nice. Only downfall for me was that the walls seemed very thin, so I could hear the neighbors in the room next door quite clearly.

This was brand new build, so it was very clean and nice. It was only the 2nd week they were open, so it was fairly quiet as well (which was nice for us adults :D) Positives: Beautiful setting Fun fantasy vibes Clean Nice restaurant and cafe onsite Gorgeous pools Negatives: Only 1 parking spot per room (I don't understand this as people come from different areas so I hope this is something they look into, especially when there was plenty of parking) Speaking of parking, it was a very weird way to get into the parking lot which could be confusing for some Some of the games/ticketing didn't work which was disappointing and hope they get fixed Swim up bar is not really separate from swimming area (and I feel like they made it seem that way) Overall, the staff working were very nice and helpful. There were somethings that didn't work or some staff seemed unsure of what they needed to do but always were courteous. I think this would be a great place if you have younger kids as there is not waterpark area but nice pools to just swim and relax. Food was good and drinks were good and overall, reasonably priced for the Dells.
