Property manager communicates quickly and responds appropriately to all questions. My only recommendation is to update lvg rm furniture. Sofa is several years old and very uncomfortable. A recliner would help with relaxing. ”

“Good location. It was nice having the screened-in porch. It's on the first floor so easy for getting into the villa. The glass coffee table was visibly dirty but everything else was clean. I had to reach out to the host to find out check -in info and questions. The laminate flooring had a big crack and the transition piece was taped down with duct tape. The flooring needs to be updated but that was just cosmetic. I guess the playground was across the road in the other section of villas……
