The housekeeping staff did not always come and did not leave enough tissues or toilet paper. The shower drain didn't work properly and the tub filled up while showering. The room was too hot and the thermostat was hard to adjust."

"Family trip and we can’t wait to return. Our 2bdrm was spacious with a large balcony. Comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Perfect center of town location. Made it easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly, too. "

"The room was clean. The bed was absolutely a brick just like the night before when staying at Indigo in North Conway. I guess because both are IHG they purchase same brick to sleep on across the board."

"If you have kids, this is the best place to be in, in Lincoln. It's not too hard on pocket. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Lots of activities for kids within the resort. Hot tub and swimming pools are awesome. Everything is nearby. Great restaurants around within 3-5 mins. Overall- it's lovely."

"Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for " we accept tips"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said " room cleaning and amenities are at your request only". They still have carpeted floors in the room. There were no dressers or any drawers to put your belongings. The bolt lock on the door didn't work. The person that took care of the breakfast was extremely intrusive. He went around singing in a very loud voice, and would sit at your table uninvited and started talking to you! ASll in all a very unpleasant experience."
