“The location for proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants restaurants is excellent. Beach is very close and very clean and nice. It was noisy at night and we had no real area to sit outside that was exclusive for our cottage. The hot tub was dirty and not not hot so likely shouldn't be counted on. ”

“I'd give the property a 10, would give VBRO a 2; my host was totally non-responsive. For example, on the dy I checked out, i asked about beach furniture I found in bag storage after check out, and only then did he bother to state I could use it. I had asked way before getting there if there was beach stuff, and got no answer. Never did figure out how to use Vbro access to TV; lucky I could bypass and take a look. And as I was leaving, with still a few minutes left before my chdck-out, cleaning……
