"Easy access to the beach. They had beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We had Hulu available to watch movies. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the beach. Sunsets were beautiful. Easy access to several restaurants with live music. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!"

"This cottage is wonderfully located on Clearwater Beach. Near restaurants and shopping. There is a wonderful state park near by. The grounds are nicely landscaped, very quiet and an easy place to sit and read."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well maintained. The owners did a great job creating a little tropical oasis where you can kick back and relax. Our favorite part was the hot tub. Especially at this time of the year when the temperatures drop at night. Only a 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island State Park. The room includes beach towels. "Coconut Cabana is close to the beach and a short walk to almost everything you’d want to do in Clearwater. The pools are small, but we never had a problem with them being crowded. There are plenty of chairs by the pools and chairs and tables in the shared backyard area. It’s not the fanciest or the newest, but I felt it was a good value in a fantastic location. "

"Took an overnight trip to visit Dunedin with my mom and sister. Barefoot Parrot was the perfect spot to spend the night. Nicely decorated and immaculate! We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but Jen’s local guide with suggestions for shopping, restaurants and beaches was quite helpful. Highly recommend!"

"This was my second time staying at the tiki hut house I’m going back with another set of two weeks. This is the most relaxing place you could ever imagine. The grounds are spectacular and really smell like a tropical. I will move back again and I can highly recommend. My only criticism would be the upstair bed could use new mattresses."

"My husband and I just spent the month of March at Denay’s lovely home in Dunedin, Fl. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Our check in was very smooth. We arrived at night and there were lights on for us, which was nice. The home is beautiful, very clean and spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. The location can’t be beat. You are literally right next to the Pinellas trail and across the street from Blue Jays stadium and also a short walk to downtown. Denay is a superb host....

"We were very impressed with this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath updated cottage! Loved having the backyard outdoor space with patio table and grill and our own laundry area was very convenient! We were able to spend more time with our family staying here over a hotel room. I was happy to find shampoo/conditioner and soap in each shower and beach towels for our use.
