“Kitchen and bathrooms updated. King size bed comfortable. Enjoyed the heated pool. However the front door plastic threshhold is cracked and broken. Potential tripping factor. Living room and outdoor whicker furniture at end of life time. lanai pool screened enclosure has several panels flopping in wind and enclosure needs replaced”

“Very nicely updated home in a quiet community just north of Tarpon Springs downtown area. Easy to get back and forth or do day trips from the property. The entire home was SPOTLESS! Very, very clean, an abundance of soft white towels and beautiful pool area for relaxing or swimming (hopefully you'll have warm weather). We loved that we could also bring our pet. Steven answered messages very promptly! ”

“Plans changed our pet didn’t come. The house is very large. But the most uncomfortable furniture from the sofas to the beds, to the dining rooms chairs. I suggest that the owner go to estate sales and buy some quality furniture. Also the kitchen needs more everything, flatware, pots pans. Great location.”

“We arrived on the 7th Jan ‘26 to stay one month.When we came we see one bed room fan under repair and another fan is making noise. Patio is not cleaned, can’t be use. Out of 4 TV remote, only one is working. Washer and dryer are loaded with clothes. The entry door lock is not working properly. One of the bathroom tub water turning knob is broken So we left the house and stayed outside for few days to give them enough time to fix the problems. The host fixed most of the problems. But on 25th Jan……
