Amazing property
We just enjoyed a great stay in Anna Marie, FL. The property checked all the boxes for us. The house is well-appointed and beautifully decorated. It was close to the beautiful beach. There was also a small patio that was private and protected from the wind. We will be back.

Great stay
Great home, very clean and the location is perfect. The house has everything you may need except for salt/paper/oil, etc. It’s a large house, it can accommodate a big family or two small families. It doesn’t have hot water though, so it can be challenging for some people especially with kids.

Great property and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very close to the beach, plus this was located where we could access other area attractions easily. Free trolley station that travels all over the island was a 2 min walk. Will return soon.

Very clean. (If my wife says it is very clean then it is spotless. and she said it was very clean) The bed slept as good as I do at home. Very good Wi-Fi. Great neighborhood for walks. 1 block from beach access. I would stay here again

Pleasant roomy
Everything was absolutely awesome . The only thing I would suggest is leaving a porch light on. We arrived after dark . Very beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture .

Really enjoyed staying at this property ! Clean, close tho beach , though fully prepared for visitors ! Highly recommended ! It’s our first time on this island and what a wonderful treat it was ! Relax and enjoy beach life
Perfect choice to relax and enjoy the fantastic beaches of Anna Maria island. The property has everything you might need and is perfectly located (the nearest beach is a 3 minutes walk away) in a very calm neighborhood. Pictures are faithful and communication with the agency managing the property were easy. Recommended!

The home was just as pictured and had everything my family of 4 needed. We rented bikes for the week but honestly the beach was such a short walk-we really didnt need them! Would definitely come back!

Cozy Cottage
We loved our time in this adorable renovated beach house!! Suzanne took care of every detail from the lush bed linens to the portable beach chairs. She made accommodations for us to drop off our bikes prior to checkin. Her notebook "about everything Anna Maria/Holmes Beach and the house" was very detailed with lots of information on entertainment, transportation, activities, beaches, and more. She provides a streamlined check in process and a spotless property. The living spaces in the home make it easy for multiple activities to go on at one time. I used the outdoor carport as my painting studio for the month we were in Anna Maria. The neighborhood is quiet and serene and we made lifetime friends there. The beach is a short 2 blocks away. I would stay here again in a minute! Thank you Suzanne, you are a real pro VRBO host!!

Holmes Beach Retreat
Very cosy cottage with a great location to the beach. Clean and spacious as well as several benefits for the beach as chairs and umbrella for the sun. We definitely recommend this house if you plan for a great location for Anna Maria Island.

Nice beach house
Our stay in house Holmes Beach was beautiful. The house is cosy and beachy furnished. The beds are very comfortable! The location is great for a beach vacation. You can be at the beach in 2 minutes. Due to the fact that beach gear were available, you can take everything directly to the beach. We liked that very much. We had a short problem with the bbq station, but Fran Maxon Real Estate fixed this very quickly. Perhaps a small note: the pictures are a bit deceiving. The house and especially the outdoor area are much smaller than you think from the photos. But that was nothing to worry about. We will definitely come back again!
