Palm Oasis Villa West is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground level condo that is walking distance to pristine Gulf beaches. This duplex villa has lush tropical landscaping and the heated shared pool is surrounded by a privacy fence. It is located in a quiet and desirable part of the island. Relax in the chaise loungers before you fire up your own BBQ grill for your favorite grill specials. Each unit has its own private back yard with a 6 person dining table and grill. There is plenty of brick paver deck space to soak up the Florida sunshine! This property can be rented together with its neighboring Villa East property VRBO 1411133 to serve as a family retreat, providing a level of privacy that a single-family home does not offer. Also, this is a perfect Villa duplex for in-laws or grandparents.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and one has a pullout trundle bed. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The trundle is recommended for a child.

This home is centrally located on Anna Maria Island. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, free trolley stop and of course the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Adorable home close to the beach
This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and we had a great experience. Our kids were in the pool constantly. Since we flew to FL, we appreciated that the owners provided a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and toys for the kids. Also beach towels! The home was clean and had all the essentials making it convenient for us (kitchen supplies/washer/dryer/plenty of bath towel/tp) We were able to walk to Holmes Beach within a couple of minutes and it was so nice to be able to go to the other beaches on the island and you didn’t travel far! Would highly recommend this location, we will return if we make it back to AMI!

Beautiful Pool, Nice location
Overall, we enjoyed this rental but had a few minor issues. Location is nice and quiet and just a few minute walk to the beach. Centrally located making short drives to restaurants, shops, or the grocery store. The pool area is really beautiful; the landscaping is nicely done and pool is very clean. Since there was no guests in the other unit, we had pool to ourselves (nice bonus) and used it quite a bit. It also had number of beach items, chairs, wagon, toys, etc. for use and plenty of kitchen items for cooking. Only a few complaints: Unit was clean but a little crowded (for our family of four) with the oversized furniture and could use some decluttering. The master bed was not comfortable to us and the bedroom had trouble staying cool with the stipulations placed on operating the AC unit. Cable was quirky, no bath fan, but overall this was a nice property. Thanks.

The property was beautiful. Nice and quiet area. We lucked out and had the property to ourselves, which was nice not having to share the pool. We enjoyed the gorgeous landscaping of the property, and the area as a whole. Will totally go back!

Great location and pool!
Overall a great stay. Location is wonderful. Pool and back patio are very nice. The laundry and dryer are outside and shared with the other unit. This was probably specified and I overlooked it. Place was clean. Pool area is very well kept. Beach towels are available. However, they could definitely use more bath towels, kitchen towels, etc.. also, no extra toilet paper was provided so be sure to bring your own or buy some there. Refrigerator is new and very nice along with ice makers. Also a nice keurig available and coffee pot. Great stay and location. Beach access very easy. Just small but things are as advertised. Pretty. Tight for our family of 5 but with it for the location and pool.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Could use new pillows and would be nice to have a full body floaty for the beautiful pool but other than that, great location. Nice place to grill and eat in back too. Comfortable couch that seated 4 nicely for March Madness. Thanks for having us.

Perfection
My husband and I stayed at the property 9/22/23-9/29/23 and were so impressed. The location was just steps to the white sand. The house was so clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was warm and relaxing. The washer and dryer along with all the beach equipment we needed......including a handy beach cart. We cannot wait to go back. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for us
We can’t wait to go back. The location was so convenient to the beach. The pool and courtyard were just perfect. No one occupied the other half so we had the place to ourselves. Plenty of beach towels and beach accessories for 3 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, utensils and pots and pans. I did notice there’s nothing to cook in the oven with(no casserole dishes etc) but that didn’t impact us. Also some type of cooler would be nice, but again didn’t impact us.

Great Family Vacation
This property had everything we were looking for. We had the sweetest neighbors in the duplex. I suppose it is a risk with your neighbors being so close but I can not imagine anyone staying on the island and not be pleasant to stay next to. We still had plenty of privacy. The linens and beds were all good quality. We had anything we could have needed in the kitchen. Beach items were provided. The pool was very warm which is perfect for me but if you like a cold pool this could be an issue. This is pretty typical in Florida July though. We all enjoyed it. I will book here again for my family:) I definitely recommend!! Side note- we got a golf cart to get around the island and it was just a blast for the kids. Beach is walking distance. Just a block away

Cozy and quiet
This is our 3rd time staying at this house. We enjoy the island decor, quaint pool and comfy space. The house is just the right size for us. The outdoor area is inviting and great for enjoying the pool area. The short walk to the beach with a bench along the way is great. The house is centrally located and easy to access. We have always had great neighbors for the week. The house has a wagon, several umbrellas and chairs to choose from. The washer and dryer just out the back door is such a bonus. We will definitely be back.
