“Old, worn towels. Very small bathroom (hard to close the door when you showered or used the toliet). Room wasn't air conditioned, which during the summer was strange. Popping open windows at both sides of the unit helped, but with the bedroom being on the main hallway side of things, made it feel strange. The bed was 24" feom the hallway... Walking past other rooms doing "morning activities" was weird. That said, would I stay here again, yes. The location was super convenient, and won versus……

“I don’t usually leave review but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experience. The check in instruction is horrible. It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. When we got there we went drive around looking to check In. During that time we went through the gated entrance which we though its part of the resort but turn out it wasn’t. It cost us $12 just to make a u-turn. Do……

“The main issue I had with the room was the jacuzzi tub not functioning. That was the whole reason for us booking that room. The hotel seems to just be an extra thing for the casino, it was difficult to get ahold of any hotel staff as they didnt really have anyone. It was clear they dont check the rooms much before you check in because of that, dust on everything in the closet, and our safe was locked open so I couldn't use it either. The bed was very comfortable though and shower was nice and……

“Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. I was told there was a possibility, told to call back that afternoon if our check in. I called at 2:30 pm that day and told no early check in. Rooms weren’t ready?? Thought they might be……

“Easy check in and out since it was done by yourself. Overall the hotel was nice, had a shared kitchen with all utensils and a stove to cook if you needed it. Front door need a seal around it, toilet seat needs tightened also toilet wobbled a little as well. Bathroom window screen needs replaced was letting in bugs. Other than that Decent location away from all the hustle and bustle.”
