"Rooms were great. Clean and tidy. Only complaint is the elevator was broken the following day all the way until we left. No pool which was fine we read the comments so please make sure if you would like a pool you read carefully! Staff was amazing. Maids only spoke Spanish though. "

"Absolutely loved our time here! The views are gorgeous. Our suite was very clean and lots of room. The restaurant on site had great breakfast and a good lunch/dinner. Only “negative” would be the staffing at the on site restaurant. The staff had amazing attitudes but you could tell they were short staffed and tried their best to keep up with the busy times. Caused a little bit of delay with being seated and drinks and such. "
