“Great Experience from Check In to Check Out !!!”

“The room was amazing and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Having said that I only have two issues with the stay. The first was the extra charge for our dogs. They failed to tell us what we would be charged over the phone when we booked the room. We were not expecting that charge and the other concern was the grounds keeper was up blowing leaves early on Saturday morning. I would still give the hotel a 10 out of 10. The location was amazing and literally surrounded by things to do……

“Our room was very nice and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Loved Jimmy's seafood restaurant attached to the hotel. Amazing food and staff. Loved being right next to the water and being within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only thing I wished was that there was a shaded area around the pool. We will definitely stay there again .”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”
