"We stayed here more by accident than design, having to alter our plan to stay with a local relative when we both came down with tenacious colds as soon as we arrived in Rhode Island. Kayla and Matul at the front desk were most accommodating throughout our several "add on" bookings, moving things around so we were able to stay in the same room instead of having to move within the hotel. And Kristen, who manages the daily breakfast offering, is hands-down fantastic. Considerate, responsive, caring, and attentive--with a constant smile. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Everything was good. The scavenger hunt for kids was great. The veggie options for dinner in the restaurant were lacking. The pool (which we were really looking forward to) was cold. And had a ladder set up with workers installing a projector (?) the entire morning."

"I definitely would be coming to stay again. The staff was amazing, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast can be a bit better but I loved the waffle machine. The room was clean and I enjoyed having the whirlpool in my room.The hot water works just great. Great getaway for couples, it is also kid friendly. The TV volume was a bit loud couldn't really hear the words but we managed. It's 10 mins from the Casino, Great wolf Lodge, and Tange Outlets. Overall, I would definitely be going back to visit when it's warmer. I had a really great and relaxing time especially for great price. Highly recommended, my fiance really enjoyed her birthday getaway"

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Booked a room with a tub, however the room that was assigned to me did not have a tub. Brought to the attention of the front desk and they refunded us $50. Not too many amenities but good location to stay at if you are planning a trip to the casino. The do have shuttle service available on Friday and Saturday. Overall, a good experience, will definitely stay here again!"
