Apartments in Rhode Island for Rent

"This was the perfect solution to be so close to Newport and the beach community of Middletown and everything we needed in Rhode Island. The apartment is walking distance to beach and restaurants, easy drives to Newport and the anywhere in the state, and very comfortable. We had lots of room, the bed was wonderful, the amenities all that we needed. The only caution I would give anyone with movement frailties is the entrance has steep stairs. And there are few windows. But for us, it was perfect...

"I stayed at this property for 14 nights and would highly recommend it. The bed was comfy and shower was hot. Kathryn left nice little touches such as beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and tanning lotion. She also replaced towels, toilet tissue and garbage bags during my stay. Property is on the corner of two busy streets so there is noise but the sound machine in the bedroom completely blocked it. Off street parking is ample and I had no problem backing out of the driveway. I had a few questions...

They do offer a garage space for $10/day. I don't love that they charge for an already designated space. but we have handicap parking permits so we were able to use street parking with no problems. "Place was very nice. More than adequate for our stay visiting relatives in the area. Only issue we had was with the keypad lock. It was hard to use, difficult to see the display in full sun, and, if you enter the code wrong 3 times (my fault) locks you out until a key or something is physically present. The holiday inn commercial jokes about the difficulty of finding a lockbox, but that would have been preferable."
