“This was a great find for a last minute trip. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable and had nice touches. The bathroom was a small in our unit, including the shower, but that was the only thing that was a negative. The property grounds were well kept and very inviting for families. We were not able to walk down to the beach from the property. We couldnt really see the path anymore once we got to a certain point. We ended up driving to the beach instead so it all worked out.……

“This was perhaps my worst vacation rental experience ever.First, I want to say that the condo itself was great. Spacious and well-appointed. And somehow the view actually lives up to the photos in the listing. If it looks fake to you, it's probably only because it's so bright and intense that the photos had to be toned down in order to not overwhelm the room itself.Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the customer service.When I arrived promptly at 4:00 PM, the code I received did not work……

“So the listing was innacurate but we were SO happy with the place! For examplw the listing showed one of the Oyhut Village homes, and it said it was a 2 bedroom that slept 8 people. I emailed beforehand to verify how many rooms it was, and thats when i learned it was 3. When we got to the seaside villahe the chrck in was easy. There were coupons for local attractions and places ”

“the condo is on the second floor of a building. walking distance to the restaurant and store. also walking distance to the beach. has a pickleball court and free bikes. Nearby is the pacific ocean and driving on the beach. weatherwax trail and walk around the lake by the cabanna pool are excellent. disc golf ten minutes away. ”

“The layout of the condo was very spacious. Being able to walk right onto the beach from the condo was spectacular. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. The rooms were fairly clean but couldn’t get into the master closet due to the bifold doors being off track. A few defects in the finished but overall a very nice place. ”
