“The first thing we noticed on arrival was the vary small amount of parking available. We had to find a spot round the back. When we got inside the lady was very helpful and showed us up to our room. It was directly above the bar but the noise was not intrusive. The bed, while comfortable, squeaked with the slightest movement, but as long as we stayed still, it was ok. The bathroom had no lock, and the door latch didn't work so the door couldn't be closed. We had to wedge it shut with towels……

Clean, tidy and efficient and at a great location for access to local shops and easy access in and out to the A38 Plymouth Parkway!! Will definitely be staying there again!! “Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back”
